Kal gave Norio a rather jaded look. It had become apparent that this individual, in his professional opinion, was an asshole. "Ever considered he might be unable to talk," he scowled at the individual, "Or are you too impatiently intolerant to put up with potential disability." Turning away from the individual, he moved back to the painting. He stared at it for a long time, seemingly trying to discern something. "As for... 'what's meant to happen'? ...They're paintings, not interactive theatre," each word was barbed with a level of disdain for the individual. He did not appreciate unfair rudeness.

Liliatt looked from one to the other with a brow raised, confused by their reactions, though looking to the paintings in thought for a moment after Kal had spoke, then turning to the pad again, writing another grude message of something like, 'artwork doesn't usualy attack people?' of course, the wording was a bit messed up, there was a tiny grude image on the bottom of the page to make a sort of reference; a painting with arms, legs and an angry face on it.
(( grudeness~ woo~ ))

Crossing his arms a smirk formed on the demon mix's face, "You're correct I am too impatient for such a weakness. You didn't even take the time to compensate for such a disability. If he couldn't even write we'd never know what the heck he was talking about. He won't be able to help us," he explained and coldly glared at Kal. He wasn't raised to tolerate disabilites or annoyances that society had. All he wanted was the title of Demon Wolf Leader, but his half-brother recieved that privilage instead. So what if it made him bitter? His brother was a pushover, not even worthy for such a role. Ash wouldn't be able to help them end the war.
Instead, he set off to find his caretaker, Solomon, and recieve training from him. Norio wanted to absolutely crush his brother and prove he was the stronger of them. What use were weaklings who couldn't do anything. Only the strong prevailed in the end.
(Yea... if you can't tell by this post Norio's a huge jerk. I personally don't have a problem with people who have disabilities honest! Just, this character apparently does because he sees them as weak. Hooray for a roleplay that might give Norio a wake-up slap.)

"Help 'us'?" Kal commented, "I'm not quite sure with your attitude I'm ready to be classed collectively. And I did more to try and compensate for his disability than you did. So you can, to be blunt, get your head out your ass." Having had enough of speaking to Norio, he turned to Liliatt. Slowly, he read what was written down off of the pad. "Um, no..." he spoke slowly, "No, artwork generally isn't known for attacking people. Normally it's... quite stationary..." He looked back at the piece on the wall for a while. Still analysing. "...Something's missing though. I dunno, it looks like there should be another painting..."

Liliatt dismissed Norio's actions with a blink, of course he'd gotten this kind of reaction before, but it wasn't like he could just carry a pad or something around at leizure, after all, he was holding the pad he'd been given like a sign board, when not writing on it. he tilted his head at Kal, stationary? the word rubbed him wrong, but he shook it off, looking to the door way and back again, turning to write on the pad again, though taking longer than before. when he finaly turned the pad back to the others, he'd writen with less grudeness than before, though every word seemed to be written with different type-sets; 'if there is fourth wall of art, where could it be located?'

"Oh, I apologize, help you. I honestly have no intention of working with him," he corrected himself, ears perking at Kal's insult. Rather than a frown he smirked triumphantly, "It seems I've offended you, since you decided to lash out at me," Norio chuckled darkly and folded his arms while looking at Kal. Dark energy surged through the hybrid's veins, but he supressed the need to fight.
"You have no idea who you're dealing with...So I suggest you stop talking trash before I put your money where your mouth is," threatened the teen, what did he care if the cops came back. He out-ran them once and could do it again fairly easily. While he assumed his guardian wouldn't be very thrilled to hear of his day he didn't care. The mixed breed could do what he pleased, what did he care about trouble? In the end he always got caught up in it. So why fight it?

Due to the three being, well, inside the building, they were unaware of a strange, dragon-like creature circling the museum gradually flying closer and closer to the structure. Bearing dark blue scales across its body, complete with a dragon-like structure and large wings, it was obvious this thing was not exactly the most normal of exotic creatures within the planet.
Finally landing, the strange creature skidded to a halt on the concrete floor. Its eyes, covered with a thin green membrane, observed the outside of the museum with a mild interest. It'd seen better. Its clawed hands draped over the satchel around its waist, raising the flap and pulling out a small photograph of the museum. Surprisingly, it was at the right place.
She gave a snort of frustration upon thinking back to how she had managed to take on this mission. That godsforsaken cockatrice was adamant on staying back at the HQ, resulting in her absence to this museum. Darian was highly interested in the arts, unsurprisingly, and had asked them both to decide between them who would be the one who investigate these strange paintings. Of course, she was the one to go. That lazy hybrid wouldn't lift one metal finger towards doing something which required effort, oh noooo...
Grumbling to herself in an incoherent language, the dragon-creature-thing raised herself onto her hind legs, opened the doors to the museum, and walked inside.

"Jokes on you," Kal snarked back towards Norio, "I'm a student - I don't have any money to shove." Having decided he no longer wanted to anything to do with this individual, he turned back towards Liliatt, reading the new addendum to the pad. "Well, it's less another wall, and more than one wall is currently missing it's piece..." as he spoke, he moved towards the door, "Theoretically, if there was a fourth, piece, looking at the painting directly opposite, the final painting should be-" he grabbed the door, as if preparing to close it - before noticing someone outside the open doorway, in the main area of the museum. Someone... large, and yet familiar. "...Well... makes a change from the forest..."

he looked after Kal while standing there, observing curiously at what was going on now rather than trying to decipher anything. soon he leaned forward a bit, to better see through the doorway who was there, though straightening soon after. was it another person curious of the paintings? he'd not know for sure, but he welcomed the opportunity to have more people in this... 'conversation'.

Norio eyed the approaching figure instantly and kept his composure under control. He wasn't frightened, just preparing himself if something were to happen. A part of him was interested in hearing more about the painting and how there was a fourth. However, he didn't want the student who called himself Kal nagging at him. Though a thought amused him picturing Kal in an old lady's gown yelling at him about what was morally right.

For such an intimidating and large appearance, she certainly didn't act like what one would expect.
"Tum te tum~" the large creature strolled through the museum, stopping every now and again to carefully examine any paintings or sculptures which she happened to pass. She was not, however, heading straight to the actual exhibition... mainly because she had no idea where it was. Somehow. It didn't really help that any group of painting could be considered the ones which she was meant to investigate.
Unfortunately, X was heading in the complete opposite direction on where she was meant to go (and missing Kal completely), heading into another room containing various sculptures. Perhaps there was a room in here which led to it?

Kal, realising his initial statement had not been heard, and watching X walk quite blindly past, decided to call out. Not too loudly - this was, after all, a museum of sorts - but still enough to try and garner her attention. "X, over here!" he spoke out towards her. In all honesty, he was quite surprised to see her here. He had never taken the large individual to be quite the artistic type, and watching her squeeze through the doors of the museum was certainly awkward. Still, he wouldn't complain about the potential of a fellow enthusiast.
(Bleh, short post, just trying to get characters together in room << >>)

While Kal was distracted getting a giant lizard over in the same room as them he took the time to approach the mute figure. The youth wasn't impressed with how pointless he was, "Hey, what's your face. I don't take down names of those I can't hear so you're stuck with me calling you that," he stated not trying to sound so harsh but from his personality it automatically came off that way. Something felt like it was going to happen, he could feel it in his core.
Glancing over towards the newer figure he twitched his ears, there was really no point in eavesdropping just to hear Kal rant about him. His tail swished as he once again turned his attention Liliatt. A frown graced him with its present, he wasn't about to talk with someone as useless as his half-brother. There was just no way. So instead he glared at the mute.

Hearing both the familiar voice and the call of her name, X turned to face the pangolin with a toothy grin. "Oh hey Kal! I didn't expect to see you here," she paused, "Uh, maybe I should have. But the chances of us meeting again are..." Again, another pause. "...Slim. Anyway, you here to see those paintings?"
Heading in the direction he was standing, she noticed two other individuals in the room. To be honest, she expected a lot more considering the mystery which puzzled even that godsdamned cockatrice. Reaching into the little brown satchel around her waist, the alien creature pulled out what appeared to be a small notepad and pencil. Holding the paper in her claws and the pencil with her tail, she began to walk around the room, examining the paintings and making notes. Notes which included basic things which a child could point out, and a few doodles here and there, but still notes either way.
